It’s the post-Triple Monday morning and the aches and pains have settled in for a couple of days, just to remind me I’m getting old.

Another Triple has gone past in a bit of a blur; it feels like we’ve not long loaded all the gear into the trailer to haul to the site and today we’ve got the joy of unloading it all to put back into storage in the cave.

Many thanks to everyone who put in the effort to make it happen, especially Si and Karl who, with support fromVal and Jen, have taken on the vast majority of pre-rally organisation, and still put in countless hours during the event to keep it running.
Locally thanks should also especially go to Mike & Kim, Wormy & P and Old Bob all of who put in hours of effort, and miles, to get things in place. I'd like to do a list of everyone who has done a bit to make it happen, but I don't have the memory or the space, so all those from Coasters, 3 County Borders and London who did you bit - have a large pat on the back, you all did well yet again.

Finally, it'd be remiss of me if I didn't thank those very import people who fought their way through blazing sun/blasting rain (please delete as applicable) and brought that essential part of the rally with them, the intention to have a good time and share it with others.
Well done and a big thank you to each one of you.

As has been said a great rally even in the rain,we had a great time friday night then poor ol maggs went down with the flu and spent all day saturday in bed only surfacing for a bit of dinner a couple of medicinal drinks before retiring for the night,i battled on bravely without her, even winning 2 prizes on the raffle:439:.
Sunday morning maggs still not well enough to ride:frown:, a big thank you for all the offers of help but especially to Wormy and Mr P who are currently looking after Maggies bike for us.

Superb rally Lynn and I had a whale of a time , it was our first triple but it won't be our last , great to meet up with friends old and new , never surfaced till midday on Saturday courtesy of Martin's organic cider , not saying it was strong but after three pints I lost the ability to speak , first time I have ever had a pounding headache before I went to bed !!!!! Roll on Walesby for more celebrations ........ A further huge thanks to Charlie and Karol for having us stay over at theirs onSunday night fab meal and after dinner drinks with Dave n Kev , halfway home , in Stratford at the moment resting before beading home tomorrow ........... In answer to those who asked - 272 booked in this year, plus about 50 extras through the door on friday for the Rock n Roll.

Not our best ever, but not too bad given the way things seem to have gone this year :)
