Derby cover

I want to change the plain derby cover for a skull cover but don't know if this requires draining the primary oil. Is this going to be a big or a small/quick job.

Thanks,

Harryb

Re: Derby cover

Have somebody hold the bike upright & it`s real quick & easy, Be careful of the `O` ring if its an older bike.

Re: Derby cover

Set a while kids & I`ll tell a story.
The earlier Harleys had a clutch cover that looked like a Derby hat.
A Derby hat is like a small Bowler.
If you look at a Pan or Knucklehead you can see the resemblance.
