Sad news from Mike

My Mum passed away suddenly yesterday. Rushed up to London on the bike to try and catch her before she went, but was too late unfortunately. It was good ride back in the snow, though.... Funny how the bikes comfort us at the wierdest of times.

I'm busy sorting the funeral and all the usual legal stuff now, so I'll be around even less at Wednesday meetings than I have been for a while. Hope to make a few, though, even with the combination of the annual report/new campaigns season and now this.

Commiserations Mike, it is a bombshell when you lose the most important person in your life, we all love our mums and I know it seems impossible to imagine life without her. I think about my mum a lot and although many would say I fail, I try to be the person my mum would have liked.
My wishes to to your family and don't concern yourself about attending meetings, we all understand.
