Where would YOU put a Motorcycle Cafe ?

Ace Cafe London style - in South Wales ?

Cardiff ?

Newport ( more seems to be happening around gwent in terms of biker traffic )

In town ? Out of Town ? A48 ?

Would be very interested in your thoughts.

Pete

Thumbs up Re: Where would YOU put a Motorcycle Cafe ?

NOT Newport

A48 would be easily accessible for lots of people.

Bikers will always gravitate to a good place but OK that doesn't help so.... The parking has to be good and the cafe has to be in a place where the neighbours won't kick up about the 'noise'! But then...what about winter? A road where you'll get non-bikers too...?!!

Re: Where would YOU put a Motorcycle Cafe ?

SWANSEA
during the summer, verdes cafe and ice cream shop on nabs rock at the end of the mumbles the left turn befor the left turn for the mumbles pier. at the end of the mumbles in swansea, take a left as if you would turn into the car park but carry the slip road left again. it opens out into a padestrian area and motorcycles only area. its the boat lanch into the sea. its the big italian cafe that loves bikes. was packed out every afternoon in the summer with bikers from all over, day and night, most prob expect a bit less in winter lol. i was there just last week and parked up on saturday night with a few bikes some being harleys. HOG members. also for the old school 50's sty; carry on up the road instead of taking that left turn up past the big car park and round the point for about a mile and you come to a small retro 50's cafe with proper music and original decor. i had to deliver thier when i was driving for castell howell foods for a bit lol.
