Hi Everyone,
Newbie to the Hangout here. Recently purchased a '98 FXSTB and chuffed to bits.Typical,buy it just as autumn is coming in.I'm 18 goin' on 38 and live in Dorset.Hoping to chat with lots of you about bikes ,biking and just have a good time.I just missed a couple of good events down here in Poole as i've been out of touch with it all TUT TUT no excuse.

Quite a few of us over this side of the county, so apart from meets at Eastleigh, we have them over here at the Shoulder of Mutton on the 4th Friday of each month.

Thanks for the welcome everyone, Hi TD nice to hear from a local.I will get myself along to the shoulder sometime,be great to meet a group for rides out an general chat an stuff.Sometimes go out to the Red Shoot in the forest but not been for a couples of years.... hopefully see y'all round and about.

Thanks Kiwidave or just Dave,It's the front end off a Suzuki marauder in slab yokes with a Honda VTX 1800 headlamp.The forks are USD which gets quite a few double takes from people,Does the job though,stops well on the single disc.The brake setup is cable to hydraulic which runs through the 1 metre wide bars to master cylinder with reverse style levers on both sides.My arms are getting longer every day ....might upgrade to apes if me knuckles start draggin LOL

Haven't bin to Red Shoot in years!!
Sometimes get down the quay, but work gets in the way of that an club nites to, so I'm a bit hit an miss! Hopefully catch up sometime!!
