Spyware Program/File Found on My PC.

Hi Everybody.

I have found a spyware program/file on my PC its called :

Downloader.Zlob.aty

Only the Ewido software finds it after I have scanned my PC.
But the software cannot delete it; as it says "error while deleting".

I have done a system restore and that hasn't got rid of it.

Has anyone any idea of software that can delete it or anything else
that I can use to get rid of it.

Hi Everybody.

I currently have on my PC.

avast Antivirus, Spybot 1.4 (already had it Twizzel), ad aware, cwshredder, Windows Defender, Windows Malicious software removal tool Nov 2006, MRU Blaster, ewdio anti-spyware, spyware blaster, eTrust Pest Patrol, and CC cleaner to get rid of
all the crap after scanning my PC.

Only the ewido found the program but can't get rid of it.

It takes over an hour to fully scan and clean it before closing dit down.

Twizzel I have just you Spyboy didn't find any thing, am running ewido its currently found 31 infected objects (Downloder.Zlob.aty).

I tried PCTools installed it ran it thern it said I had several other infections
so pay up to have them deleted. So I uninstalled it.
Any other programs that could help.

Try closing your computer down and open it up again in the "safe mode" then run "ewido" and it may then delete the file.

Sometimes if a file is in use (ie runing) which it may well be,- if you have any web base programs running.- The virus/spyware programs throw up faults as they can't delete "in use" files.

If Ewido cant delete it, it is more than likely running. Do the 3 fingered salute ctrl-alt-del, click on process and see if you can see it.

If you cock up and close something you should not have just restart your PC and all will be running again
