Has anyone been to this event and if so what is the best way to go about it?

As in who did you book through, etc?

I keep trying to find a suitable motel and then try and book flights later, but my head goes into meltdown and I give up after a while... Best I have come up with was the Aku Tiki Inn didn't seem to bad, but no idea if its in a good location or if there is somewhere more reasonable, but then there is flights and getting from the airport to the Hotel.

So just after any advice from anyone who has been there done that.
