Good point. I do ride through the winter. Could be something to do with it.
Anyway, the service manager at Sycamore called me this morning to arrange an evening visit to my home to replace the pads and do the caddy bolt recall (if he can get a bolt in stock). Presumably, the pad backplate will go back for analysis.
So 10 out of 10 to Sycamore. Good service in my book!
