You've got to be happy with your bike mate or you won't enjoy your time on it and that means 100% reliability no questions.
I think you've got raise this with HD UK and point them to this board when telling them about the frequency of the problem, the dealer won't do it for you he won't want to make waves.
Who knows when or where this is going to happen again without a mod or change of supplies to HD with the possibility that some might get killed next time.
