Hi Roger, and thanks for the welcome.

I've read the Forum rules, and will do my best to adhere to them. I've taken particular notice of the rules with regard to advertising and selling.

I've been a bit surprised by the reaction to my presence in your Forum, but it seems generally to be positive. I'm not going to insult anyone's intelligence on here by suggesting anything other than I hope club members decide to give Oxford H-D a try, but I also hope that your members might get a bit of an insight into what Harley dealers in general live with on a daily basis. For example, I replied to a posting earlier in this thread where I referred to the Financial Services Authority. The very existence of that government-formed, though independant body forces us into conducting ourselves in a very specific way that is ultimately to the customer's benefit. Norra lorra people know that!

Anyway, thanks again for the welcome, and I hope what I post on here as time goes by is informative, if not entertaining!

BTW, the sense-of-humour meter's set on max!

Cheers
