It doesn't work like that and you know it. Sure there are rules but they are in the main obvious and/or bureaucratic stuff about how the club is governed but we don't have road captains or censorship. Most of the membership is working diligently toward not fitting into any boxes. The unwritten rules like "Don't touch my bike without permission" and "don't disrespect my misses even if you are very pissed" are common law anyway.
