Had our Spring Gathering for Scottish Classic Motorcycle Club the other weekend, and this nice 1942 WLC turned up. Seems the guy bought it in Belgium or Holland for £6000, which seems a bargain to me. The owner was a member of VMCC, but when I suggested he might want to get some history from HDRCGB and maybe even join the club, he said, "I don't do one make clubs...".
I would have bitten their hand off for six grand...
