I'm not coming down so here's my tale..

rang 'em, they'd phone me back within one hour..got a phone call some hours later which I missed. That was a few days ago so I went in today and told them I may have been overcharged.

Turned out it was VAT that didn't appear on the reciept.

Dunno about the discount and I didn't mention it.
