THIS site has been on here before but worth resurrecting now and again.
Ok for you I suppose if you make your phone calls from work, but when you call from home or mobiles you get stitched up.
On my plan with BT (
Unlimited Anytime Plan) Means calls of up to an hour to numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03, excluding the Channel Islands. Other exclusions apply like I pay ALL calls to 0845, 0870 etc etc.
How the feck on a 0845 number which is a local rate I have to pay? Yet if I find the companies ordinary land line number
HERE and as the above link I can ring the same company in Scotland for
FREE!
So to ring most companies now you are paying through the nose. Fancy paying Comet 6p a minute (more on a mbl) to complain about their bad service and you are paying them to listen!

Happy calling...............
