We are looking forward to tonights fun though I think I have over-trained. The ole elbow twinges a bit when I bowl the infamous 'rolling googly'. As the bowl is delivered out the back of the hand with a cunning though violent rotational energy it causes a severe backlash which travels up the forearm and into the elbow. I have tried rubbing horse linament into the joint and a full body massage but Sue tells me that the massage should be applied to me and not to her. I don't agree as it causes much excitement to my hands which tend to distract from the discomfort of the twinge in my elbow. Do you think I should give up the horse linament (although I have discovered it tastes like a JD/Nobeltje cocktail with a hint of Cassis) or should I continue with the full body massage, even though my fingers are now beginning to ache.
See ya later
