That's the first time it has ever been suggested!

To send out an email to all new online applications would only cause more work for our membership secretary Mitz who does all the new membership applications and is also our treasurer and between her husband Colin and herself put all the quins in the envelopes and post them.

As I have said many times before we have no full time or part time paid staff in this club it's all voluntary.

Don't you get a PayPal confirmation that the membership has been paid I thought you were given a receipt number?

Plus it shows on your PayPal account that is has all gone through ok.

Membership is normally received by our membership secretary and sent out within 2 weeks.

However not knowing when you joined on line I don't know whether Christmas is in the dates or not.

Anyway welcome to the club and when you do get your card and Harlequin can you please do THIS to show as club member.
