The club will be making a contribution towards the track session (1.45 on the Saturday)Im not sure how much just yet, so what we now need to make this work is 30 people that are going to go round Mallory :-) no racing but Im in front.
Were going to be having a 40ft x 20ft marquee and a 60ft x 20ft pitch so room for more bikes.
Our own camping area with lighting and toilets which is closer to the track and the bar than last year which means we wont have to stagger up that hill to get back to our tents.
Im meeting with the VMCC later this month so if any one wants anything else from the event let me know now.
I know a few people have already said that they will be there for the weekend, due to workload over the last few months Ive not done much about it. Could every one thats going to be there please mail me again
