Well there are, but they're mostly either building sites or mudflats!
There are parts of Hertfordshire which are very nice indeed (lived in Stevenage for a year so I know the area quite well) but the one thing you can never get away from is the constant hum of traffic (and open sewers but that's a different kind of hum
) in the background.
