Re: Inner Primary Bearing Failure

What a f**king lash up. I had my 2007 TC96 Streetbob serviced at Silverstone HD after returning from The Finnish Superrally. 10k service was 384 quid. Bloody hell it would be cheaper to run an Aston Martin. compounded by the fact that the Bullshit techie tells me these IPB needs to be changed on the 2007 models as a matter of routine. We had a rather heated discussion re this. (he is the same guy that told me it doesnt rain in America when my Ultra kill switch failed. ) So im guessing that the already outrageous 384 service will next time be nearer 500 quid. Its a real shame coz i love the bike but honestly if this is progress you can keep it. Im seriously thinking of selling it and buying something less expensive to run. Any comments or experiences on 2007 bikes??
