I know this is no consolation, but I know someone, who, in a moment of weakness, bought an Aston Martin. The service cost was over £1500, and I can tell you that the oil used cost about as much as your entire service. must have been made of gold or something.... Any they treated him like a dog turd. Having paid his money, and travelled 50 miles to collect the car, it wasn't ready as promised, and they just old him to ferk off and come back when it was.... maybe tomorrow, if you're lucky....
Oh, and if you must use a dealer, sounds like you should choose another one.... With an attitude like that, you don't want them anywhere near yer bike...
