Thanks for those links, some helpful tips there, which I shall follow. One other thing is, according to the stealership I will need a new tyre as the F****** staple went through the outer part of the tread, this being so and them wanting £150 for a tyre plus fitting would I be better off getting two new Avon Venoms fitted and would this have any effect on the warrenty?
