You should be able to get a slow tick over with the conversion as the ignition unit (AMM-P3) is independent of the old ignition system, all it uses is the crank sensor to fire it.
Matter of fact if you scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on "medium" and "slow" you will hear the difference, you could even take it lower if you wanted. From EFI to Carburetor Upgrade Instructions
