Pro race tuner is different from stock HD settings, correct me if i am wrong but the pro race tuner lets you adjust the idle settings.
These two bikes i have here are running on stock HD settings as i am sure most bikes are.
As far as i know HD's stock idle setting is around 1000 rpm when hot and 1300 rpm on start up.
