If you make those mods, your bike will still be dependent upon electronics, in the form of the charging circuit and ignition system. Even my indicators use an electronic module. Harley were one of the first bike makers to adopt some of this stuff. So unless you fit a magneto or points ignition you are still going to need to keep your peace with the witches!
Stop being a dinosaur and recognise that you are enjoying the benefits of some pretty hi-tech stuff on your bike. Only if it packs up is it worth considering throwing it away.
As for your challenge, why do you believe it cannot be done?
