It seems you have done pretty much with your bike as I did myself with mine, before deciding I needed yet more! That was when I turned to an expert. I don't have an EFI bike, but the man I now use is Matts Machine Shop in S Wales.
A few of us here have used him (especially for S&S engines) and it would certainly be worth phoning him for a chat. He recently serviced my bike, so mention my name!
