Re: IPB went in France

And yet the saga continues (what a year). Took the primary casing to dealership to have the IPB pulled, only way I could get it done because of work being so shite at the moment. Went back for the casing and it appears that the bearing is badly shot. Its probably due to the inner race not being changed in France. There is no way I am going to get that off, so dealership are going to have to pick the bike up, but looks like I am off the road for at least a couple of weeks now....and NOW the sun is out

I mentioned what Phil says about the tranny casings, so they are going to check that out, and the main drive and clutch bearings (I think) Apparently HD Customer services have been trying to get in touch as they have a case open on my bike. Will call them today............All I am really worried about is being able to get the bike back in time for Walesby. Will car's be allowed in?. Well at least I had a go, but I think I will stick to Social Work and just change my oil ocassionally.
