Sharkie and Tealess it was a good first meet, I think about 20 Harleys were parked up outside the George pub!
Perhaps this will encourage other members to come out of the "woodwork" now we have people like yourselves running the club who are genuinely interested in seeing Anglia be successfull.

Terry I have read your thread, it is great to hear from you and we would like to have a get together.

We are trying to accomidate everyone and would be interested in your idea as to where we can meet up possibly half way on a sat or sun for a ride and a chat over a beer/orange juice.

If you know anyone else who ride's harley's that is looking to join let us know as it would be great if we can all meet up at the same time.

We are looking to change the venue of the meeting at our end for a more spacious biking area possible Coates/Eastrea or Ramsey and if you can let us know of any places that we could meet in the east of the region that be good. We could look to hold a meeting there which would allow us all the meet up.

What we are looking to do is for the those that need to travel along way to meet up with those already close to the arranged pub. i.e the West of Anglia have a ride over to the East of Anglia (or Visa Versa)
for example Myself my wife and Sharkie and some of the others would set off 10.00am to travel over to Norfolk to the arranged pub/location have some lunch and a chat with everyone, then possibly for us all to go for a ride and then for those that need to travel back to say good bye until the next time.
Then on the next time the East Anglia persons to have a day out and ride over to meet us on the West side of the region.

Me has been finking! Thats wat fen folk do! Why not have our meets at Littleport where William Harley was born . Does anyone know of a good pub there what is bike friendly and has plenty of safe parking? This is an obvious choice and because of its relevance to the Harley Riders Club should not offend anyone!! It is also reasonably central to the region.;)
