As its our monthly meeting this Saturday night and its going to be dry  and its probably the last meeting this year that will have decent weather, it would be great for everybody who's a member in Anglia to come to the meeting ON THEIR BIKES!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets put a show on........... Ride the Fens its a Flat World!!! |

HI Foby how far is it to the meet for you? I bought my bike to spend most of the time ridding in daylight preferably the sun. I will be happy to go to meets sat or Sunday afternoons as the meetings are nearly 90 miles each way Why do you all ride and meet in the dark even in summer?  |

Hi nick_dj Sharkie mentioned your plight at last nights meet.I agree it is a long way for you to travel. I travel approx ten miles to the meet which I consider far enough at night this time of year. He, with Tealess, are trying to find a venue in Littleport (the home of William Harley) which is more central to the region. This should be more acceptable to the members and it has the added bonus of Harley's heritage.We are also discussing Sunday meets followed by Sunday afternoon rideouts Another idea passed around at the Tail End Show was to split the Anglia Region vertically from the Wash down and have separate Assistant Reps. running each meet but under Sharkies overall control. This idea would work well during the winter months with each half rotating to each others meeting place during the summer.This seems a fair idea. What are your and other members thoughts? Lets have some input and put Anglia back on the map |

| Re: Meeting Date Change Thats a good idea m8 sharkie did ask if i would look after this part which i was willing to do but may be moving down your way in Dec think maybe scruffy or Dave would look after north anglia if approached.We have a meeting point in North Elmam pub biker friendly camping if needed safe parking for bikeswith beer with food. |
