Hi Nick, Foby and all
Caroline and me (Chris) are going. I will be at the meeting Friday. I will wait for for you on the 47 just past Elm hall Wisbech at the two closed garages either side of the road. Just slow down a bit and I will catch you up. If your taking a different route let us know !!!

Re: East Meets West Ride Out

Hi all, did the route again tonight and I am sure you will enjoy it. The forecast is amazing and the ferryman is all primed for a photo shot he has never had crossing full of Harley`s before.
I will be at the Thickthorn services from around 10.30 am with 3 prospective new members (anyone reading this who is not a member please come along and meet us)
Foby and the crew are aiming for 11 am to leave around 11.30
Phoenix(named after last years fire) and I look forward to meeting you all.
Nick

Tony - I dare not rev my bike as I dont want to suck up any local jap bikes through my carb
We will look out for you mate Better still come and have a pint with us at The Plough tonight and we can talk Harleys.

For those of you unsure where Thickthorn Services are; The roundabout which crosses A47 and A11 take the B1172 (Norwich Road) and it is just up the road. See you 11am (ish)

Foby

I hope you have all the petrol stations on route mapped out.

Oh wait up though. If they're anything like the map you had at the meeting tonight, don't bother. I don't think you could bring enough paper to cover all the run at a scale of 1" to 1".

He he

Baff

P.S. Any rumours about Monster's thirst and lack of tank capacity should remain exactly that - rumours. Particularly as following Will home tonight extended the range by 50%+
