East meets West (from Newmarket way) Saturday 10th May

Hi

Will & I are intending to meet up around Soham or Newmarket on Saturday (10th) morning, to run up to somewhere near K/Lynn-A47-Norwich to meet up with the guys coming across from Peterboro' way, and then onto Yarmouth.

We won't have organised a time/place to meet until we see each other at the Plough meeting tonight. If anyone else from down this part of the area wants to join us, PM me your number & I'll call you tonight as soon as we've agreed a time to let you know where & when.

Baff

It's a toss up between 'I've peaked too soon' or 'assume the position'.

Probably the best line in a movie, ever "It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses."

I'll see you tonight at the Plough to discuss this. I'll probably ride along with you as long as you don't start ripping up the tarmac at 90 mph along the fen roads....I've ridden with Will before and he's too quick for me most of the time.

Brian.

For anyone else that wants to join us, we (Will, Brian & I) will be leaving Black Bear at 9:45am Saturday 10th to meet up with the rest at Thickthorn(?) services at the end bypass at Norwich, sometime around 11am.

I'm still intrigued by talk of going on a ferry sometime during the day.
