| Well done Well done Nick, glad to see you kept your HDRCGB T-shirt on when you abseiled down the lighthouse this afternoon at Southwold. It's not everybody's cup of tea!! It took a lot of guts for a big man on a small rope to step over the top of that rail!! We hope you raised a lot of money for RNLI. All the best Walt & Lynn

Yes the sun shone and I went over the railing and came down very well  . It`s amazing how much taller it seems when you know what you have to do. I raised £187 and they expect to have raised over £20,000 Thanks to all who sponsored me I will collect it when I see you. Nick Foby-I will put on the photos when I can Baff- it went so well this year so they plan to do it again next year.
