my suggestion you stick to your own region and let the Anglia region carry on having fun in what we do.

We have great meetings, great rides, great social activites all over, our members are awared trophies by the public when we present our bikes (on request) at country fares/shows, we are given money for the Charity that we choose,

When you need a friend there is always someone there to help. This I think is a great region and I am proud to be part of it.

What more can you ask for, oh I'm sorry none of these events included you never mind, you have plenty I am sure in your own region going on, so as I suggested at the begining you stick to yours and we will have fun in ours.

Hope you didn't mind my 'Suggestion Only' re timing of any AGM as too early in year not everyone would have their membership cards and too late in the year your AGM could be swayed by members that have no intention of renewing.

Whilst I think it is a good idea to hold the AGM more central, I doubt that the White Horse at Attlebrough has a room big enough for it?
Perhaps we could check it out, at the proposed camp.

Ok lets put the record straight regarding next years AGM. Baza quite rightly told me before last February's AGM to hold the next AGM in March to assure all members have their membership cards.

At our February 2009 AGM it was democratically decided and voted upon by all members present to have the 2010 AGM at NOON SATURDAY 13th MARCH 2010 at The Plough. I have the minutes of this meeting in front of me and thats why I give copies of minutes of all meetings to the members so there is no misunderstandings about why's and where's
