Ok lets put the record straight regarding next years AGM. Baza quite rightly told me before last February's AGM to hold the next AGM in March to assure all members have their membership cards.

At our February 2009 AGM it was democratically decided and voted upon by all members present to have the 2010 AGM at NOON SATURDAY 13th MARCH 2010 at The Plough. I have the minutes of this meeting in front of me and thats why I give copies of minutes of all meetings to the members so there is no misunderstandings about why's and where's

Good-oh. We got something right. Can we arrange with the Plough for members travelling from further afield to camp-over? I know it's still early in the year, but we could also organise a ride out towards mid-Anglia, allowing everyone to have the first of the year's rides together, but also letting any from the west to ride back, and from the east to continue on. Maybe make it a ride to have lunch at the White Lodge?

Don't worry i've sorted it out for you.
Of course we have to accomodate our more easterly members but also I don't think we should leave out our honorary members from Lincolnshire & Sussex. Therefore the obvious central location for everyones convenience would be somewhere near Newport Pagnell.
Does anyone know a decent pub in the area?
