Really nice car show held in Daytona last weekend. I say car, but it featured motorcycle, trucks, military vehicles, amphibious vehicles and the like.

Nice pictures Baz, I went to speed week a couple times, once in '86 and then in 1990, on the first night there I got pissed, came out of the bar,(on Atlantic Boulevard) looked the wrong way and stepped in front of a truck. :-(

I can confirm the Halifax hospital is indeed a fine, if not expensive, holiday destination. ;-)

5 weeks from 2moro..and half of Region 17 will be in Daytona.....

OK maybe not half....but the 'Daytona Dozen' will be....

We were there a couple of days ago, Daytona is a fantastic place, lots of bikes about.
We went to the largest Harley Davidson dealer in the world and the famous J&P Cycles, we also drove past the Daytona Speedway, which was huge.
One of the nicest places was the beach, you could drive onto the beach and park up, then walk miles along perfect white sand.

Cheers for the pictures Baza, I was into American cars until the price of petrol got silly. The cars look fantastic, I dont know how they manage to make the paint so deep and look so good.
We quite like Daytona when there's something going on its a great place but when there's not its a bit dead.
