Glide Cd and Radio

Just wondered what owners think of the stereo unit in glides?
Do you use them? Can you here them at all when riding?
Or are they a novelty toy?

Works really good mate top of the range system (HARMON-KARDON) gets louder with speed,rider and pillion can hear the same.I hope you are not thinking of having one are you Ady ??.(The GAY GLIDE CLUB is a very select club.

Adrian, I opted for the Pie Warmer option on my glide, very handy for pasties and pies alike, much better than a stereo

Have one on the 89 glide. Very clear and first class reception. Even spoken word was easy to follow at 80 MPH which is important for R4 fans.

They are good, but not that good

Never listen to mine on the move thru speakers (never tried connected to helmets by cord) as we cannot hear it clearly over all the other noise. But whilst stationary the quality and volume is excellent.

Well yes been there and done it..well pleased too just have to persuade her indoors the gay bit isnt mandatory
