Reckon a HD buyout of Ducati would be more likely.
V twin, Good sound and a good potential to access the large US sportsbike market, that Buell bearly scrapes. Reckon the Yanks would patriotically favour an H.D.Cati .

It wouldn't all be bad, H0nd@ put proper brakes on there bikes from new, and they plate with chrome rather than sticking tinfoil on the shinny bits.

--& they come up with some nice names, - Fire-glide next year or a Fat- blade??

Would'nt be the first time Harley have gotten into bed with the japs ,Ricau use to make Harleys under licence in japan before ww2,whether its true only time will tell
