Re: Biker on roadside- do you stop?

Yes. Providing I am not my usual late self for ferry, or what ever.

If you've ever been broken down in the middle of some strange place, its just soooo nice just to have someone who at least cares enough to stop and make sure!

I use to ride old triumphs ...... and some seemed to break down .... alot ..... and even run out of petrol when I forgot to switch off reserve tank .. Someone taking the trouble to stop helped fill a pint or so of fuel to get me to petrol station ....

Hmmm seem to have got post Rally waffle .....

I always stop for anything on 2 or 3 wheels, & even some cars - Unless they got a blue light on them.

If I can...but soooo often in the fast Lane of the motorway head down 85 mph...by the time I have seen them, thought about it, I'm about 2 miles up the road..If on a small road toodling along looking at the countryside then yes...same as when I am in the car..will always stop and ask, unless in a big group...then feel there is no need...

damn right. Unless as Wurzel says the broken down biker has 5 mates with tools and it's unsafe for me to add to that number from 3 lanes away.

DO UNTO OTHERS....

Yes, whether I'm in the car or on the bike, or unless it's a minger or magger.
