| Congestion/Parking taxes
I see Livingstone wants to charge 4X4s £25 per day to enter the congestion charge zone. Do 4x4s take up more road space than other vehicles?? Also just got through the renewal for my parking permit, it now goes by engine size.Does bigger engine automatically mean bigger wheelbase? If not why do I have to pay more for my 1800cc car than someone who owns a 1200cc car if it doesnt take up more space? I bet the Govt couldnt believe their luck when the whole Global Warming thing kicked off, a new way to tax us (for our own benefit of course)
