Just cooking dinner

onions
mushrooms
chopped tomatoes
parsley
meat balls
egg spagetti

anything else I think to throw in

garlic - yes or no ?

Ooooh yes lots of garlic!!! Maybe a pinch of chilli and/or some black pepper. Some Oregano or Basil too.

Half a teaspoon of sugar would sweeten the tomatoes up - make a bit of a contrast with the meatballs.

Red wine, tomato purée, ground black pepper, cinnamon and all what dodgyloner said plus garlic.

All of the above... apart from cinnamon. Replace that with a little paprika..... and make sure lots of garlic!!
