Throttle and Bottle Rally

Just back from the Throttle and Bottle Rally run by the Clubless Bikers at Symonds Yat.

There seems to be a common thread threatening our enjoyment.. The rally at Symonds Yat has been run for the last 10-13 years (I cant remember how long the guy told me)... This year the owner of the site reduced the camping area in half, refused to allow a campfire as in previous years and when the toilets in the restaurant failed he closed them down, luckily chemical toilets were in the camping area. This is the last year this trouble free and f-cking good rally is being run at this event, the site owner for whatever reason want to end the relationship. Any anyone who reads this post knows what a great location, brilliant ridng country the English / Welsh borders and Forest of Dean is.

The guy who owns the site must had made a small fortune over the weekend on food and drink, it wasnt exactly cheap...

Just a nother small nail in rapidly closing coffin...

Anyway thank to the Clubless Biker for a great weekend, a chance to meet up with old mates from South Wales, especially the CWM Crowd anf Stu (Osama Bin Laden).. hope you are feeling better soon mate, its not the done thing to naturally unwell, drink and D---s.. yep thats allowed...

And of course Gavin.... the under 30 prospect (joke)...sh-t man you must be so ill today... Talk about getting your drinks spiked (alcohol).. made for some pretty interesting dancing last night....(LOL) never seen moves like that before....!!!
