Got my paper one Saturday. Must try to find one of those enamel ones - as Dodgy said, it would look good on the suit.

Go to your local legion and see the poppy organiser, he'll have all the different poppies, you can volunteer for a couple of hours if you want, we need as many collectors as possible.

Trouble is Dave, I live in the middle of nowhere and we rarely see anyone selling poppies etc. I'll take a trip into Bideford on Saturday to see if I can track one down.
Never thought about volunteering for this before - I may just give it a go for a few hours at the weekend.
(Raising money for Appledore Lifeboat and Barnstaple StJohn Ambulance at the moment)

Nope local poppy sellers haven't got them for sale, although when asked the bloke said 'what like this one?' he was wearing it as a tie pin.
They said they are not allowed to sell them
