Re: Stoke On Trent Charity Motorcycle Runs

Hey Guys

I'll meet anyone, anywhere, for a bit of a group rideout. My club membership application might be processed by then, you never know,
so I'll be fully paid up and not a gate crasher.

If anyone has an idea of where to meet, lets here it and ride together.
A bunch of Harleys sounds better than one, and it'll be a new experience
for me and one which I'm looking forward to.

Thumbs up Re: Stoke On Trent Charity Motorcycle Runs

I'll be riding up from Solihull via Stafford. Where is everyone else coming from? Is there a good meeting place en route?

Might even take the old dear for Mother's Day

Re: Stoke On Trent Charity Motorcycle Runs

Meet up at my house if you want in Stafford, it's quite easy to find or we could meet at the Shire Horse Pub just off J14 of the M6 which is just off the A34 on the way to Stoke http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.c...&addr3=&addr1==

Re: Stoke On Trent Charity Motorcycle Runs

Hey Tommo

I'll come down the A34 from Stoke and ride back with you if you like, and
meeting on the pub car park is fine by me. Looking forward to meeting you.

Now for the negative bit.

If its pissing down I'll chicken out.......no wet weather gear at all yet.
(Pathetic sounding excuse I know, but true)

We will have to fix up a time if you're up for it.

Re: Stoke On Trent Charity Motorcycle Runs

Sorry mate, I just saw your post.

I did have a ride over on Sunday but as the clocks had gone forward I cocked up the start time and missed it

I got over to Stoke at about 12 I guess and there were quite a lot of people on the streets waiting for the parade to arrive. When I turned up I think loads of folk thought the main group had arrived but it was just my loud pipes

I didn't hang about too long anyway and good job to, it pissed it down in the afternoon!

Did you go over?

Re: Stoke On Trent Charity Motorcycle Runs

Well, would'nt you know it, had a late start on Sunday and missed the lot.
Pathetic

Did have a great ride out on me own though, what a blast.

Two minutes after getting home the heavens opened and I was very glad
to have missed all that.

Roll on sunny evenings eh.
