HDRCGB 60th ANNIVERSARY RALLY 2009 @ WALESBY (28-31 Aug 09)

Meet up on FRIDAY 28th AUGUST at THE LIME KILNS, WATLING STREET (A5) HINCKLEY. LE10 3ED for 3pm to depart soon after ... Walesby here we come !

Has anyone planned our route ?

Yep we're on the way - I even got some new leather trousers today (oooo-er missus) as a birthday pressy from my gorgeous wife Colette.

Should be there for 3pm but can't say for defo as it depends on what time Colette finishes. If we don't meet up, save us a pitch away from the barbie as we're both veggies and C doesn't like the smell of meat cooking

Alan knows what size my tent is coz he had to put up with me at the Devon do, It's a Tesco 3 man camouflage jobby about 3 Mtrs square. I don't want to be anywhere near the flagpole either

BTW - Paul (Crew 59) It still ain't right mate, now you haven't got a flag in your signature at all. We need to get this sorted I think. Sorry - just got in from the pub

Heidi and I will be going with Tom and his girlfriend on the Saturday afternoon as I can't get out of work on the SAturday morning. Can you save us a couple of tent places. I also need to ask about Heidi going on a Honda.

Who in region 9 has bought tickets in advance?

Saturday - getting the tent spaces might be dodgy after a we've all had a few beers but we'll try.

); that should be no problem. She's not a member though and will have to pay the non-members price (As I will have to pay for Colette

), and she won't be allowed to park her bike next to your tent either as it's HD parking only on the field so take a BIG chain and chain it to somewhere that don't move.
There's not usually a problem with bike security but you never know - I mean they used to have 'Smash the Honda' events at Rallies in the US

I haven't bought tickets yet - I'm paying on the gate this year.
