BBQ sounds good but all we need is to decide on the day (weather permitting) Disposable ones are good and we can reuse next day if we want with new briquettes and bbq fuel.

Mass shop at the butchers counter for exactly what we want. reckon £2 or £3 a head would cover loads of meat salad and french sticks etc etc.

That is of course if Vince is awake...

Why don't we all meet up at the site.....if we arrange it for the Saturday we should all be there by then. We could then ride out and back into the site, then making the grand entry....simple really.

Ok 2 things i will be at silverstone at 12am for the ride up. on the friday along the A5. i know we have to make exceptions for u boys and ur antiques Tricky

Re the BBQ the disposable jobby sound s good. I have spoken to a butchers in Gobowen (about 2 miles from site) they will do us a Chicken Breast small steak and a pork chop for £2 per head (maybe a fraction more) if we can get 20 together. This is all locally produced meat. I just need to ring him and let him know. theres a number of cheaper options outside oswestry itself, a place in St Martins called stans which is very cheap. So we just need a head count if u want to do this.
