Arrive 12.00 noon:

at London Road,Hertford A414 in front of the Fire Station in the slip road.

At Fox Holes Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A414(signposted Harlow, Chelmsford) A414

At roundabout take the 2nd exit, then merge onto the A10 (signposted Cambridge) A10

At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Standon Hill - A120 (signposted Bishop's Stortford) Entering Puckeridge A120

27 miles later...
Branch left, then join A12(signposted Colchester, Harwich) A12

At Tollgate Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A1124 (signposted Lexden, Mersea) Entering Colchester A1124

then...
At Maldon Road Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Southway - A134(signposted Town Centre, Hythe A134)

At St Botolphs Circus roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the B1025(signposted Mersea) B1025

A nice route across country rather than motorways. Good place to meet folk from Bedford Nth & Sth and west of.
