we went there a couple of years ago had a week on the nile did all the sites and temples loved it then a week at Cairo to see the pyramids and the museum. absolutely loved it and yes there is a main dealer in Cairo about a tenners taxi ride from the pyramids we stayed at the mobenpick pyramids hotel. but they only had small tee shirts so had to get a hoggie cairo patch..
