Oh Crap!!

I was called in to work today for a meeting with the directors.........

The company has gone into insolvency so I am now unemployed

No job - No more paid holidays - no more company car - no money in the pot to pay redundancy or notice so I've got to plead to the government and wait for a payout






On a more positive note - I am now going to do something I should have done years ago - start up on my own and be responsible for my own destiny.

Kev, i'm really sorry to hear you have just lost your job, I think there will be lots more in your boat very soon i'm afraid to say with the present economic climate.
This could work in your favour though and could be the kick up the backside that gets you working for yourself. The best move I ever made was to start up working for myself and iv'e never looked back since, alright i'm a bit quiet at the moment but I will survive (I feel a song coming on)Hope you get something sorted real soon and you can prosper from you chosen future.
