Couldn't agree more Tim but we can't do all the meets all the time. It was very unusual for none of the Claydon crew not to be there. I thought the third Wednesday was The Phoenix?

I am so sorry I missed one metting in the last 18 months and that Eric feels its such a poor show, and that it has caused so many post's, well up to now I have bought and paid for all the grub that has been scoffed, paid for many pints of beer, put on and paid for a weekend rally, well no more, as far as i am concerned Eric, to strong mate when you dont know why I was not there, as far as I am concerned the Pheonix is no longer a venue for the RC Ive had enough

Ok missed one meeting in 18 months what about the other meets? You only do your local pub meets in general, a couple of times to Wendover and never Woolmer Green.

Your introduction thread to the Phoenix was only a year ago last month mate lets keep it going.

Most have been to all three and your crews lack of mixing in here on the site does not help with what's going on, and know the guys that are having a wind up on this thread.

As per Baza's last post, this thread was purely meant as a bit of fun . Nobody gave a damn that we arrived at an empty pub car park. We go for the ride, while weather permits (well actually all year round), and if the destination offers a crack with like-minded lunatics, then so much the better. In any case, Charlie took the photo, and even had to move his bike out of the frame for effect .

I haven't been fishing since I bought my first Harley over two years ago, but I don't remember it being so easy to set the hook.

Carl, Eric & I are getting into the habit of going riding some of these summer evenings. Wednesday happened to be the day of your meet at Steeple Claydon. We had a bloody nice ride-out anyway.

As Baza said, this whole thread is a light-hearted prod, and if you check a lot of our posts in the Anglia forum, you'll see very similar piss-takes there, of ourselves as well as others.

So take a step back, and the next time I see you at a riders club do, rally, meet or ride, I'll get you a pint in (believe that & you need your head testing).
