Big Kev--were you thrown..?

Kev,
what the f*ck happened mate?
I keep seeing passing references to you having trashed the Dyna--did you have an incident?

Remember, gentlemen are always thrown from their mount--they never just fall off..!

I hope to get back out myself soon after a short absence forced on me by outside influences.
A.

Re: Big Kev--were you thrown..?

Hello mate

You're right, I was thrown. It was not my fault. I am a victim and I need compensation ......

There was I, riding gently around Mallory Race Track, when this bloody bend jumped out and threw me off into a gravel trap, then out onto the grass, eventually ending up, on my arse, in the pit lane .

Good news is, I got up unmarked (except for the huge dent in my pride!) thanks to good protective clothing.

Bad news is the bike's a bit of a mess .

The right hand footpeg was completely unmarked - the rest of the bike wasn't so lucky...........

I've rebuilt the back end and the left side (indicators, lights, footpeg, gearchange, drive pulley, derby cover) and repaired the fuel tank (dented and punctured) and I am now working on replacing the front end (bent forks, broken yoke, headlamp, indicators, clutch lever) so nearly there now.

Could have been considerably worse though - I was lucky - rode like a complete twat and survived
