Bought one of these to transfer club products data from my PC (runs XP Home) to Dee's lap-top (Windows 2000 professional). The stick has registered on both PC's, however I successfully downloaded the files onto it, but when I plugged it into the lap-top it shows as empty. Am I doing something wrong, or are the two systems incompatible?

Also verify that the files have actually been copied by roght click the drive in 'My Computer' then click the properties. It will show you a pie chart of the size of the drive, whats used and whats left.

The two systems should not matter, they are compatable. If you still have problems try re-formatting it with the laptop and trying again, happened to my son Sam and this was the fix.
